I lift weights, as well. I drink a gallon of water a day. Compared to most of my friends, I'm in good condition. I've been told that it takes at least 8 weeks to see a bit of results, and 6 months to really get in excellent shape. I still have a micro pooch of fat on my stomach which I want to get rid of.
